Please see here for CAPP TitanCard information.
There are two ways that CAPP TitanCards are requested:
The participating high school will request CAPP TitanCards via email through the CAPP Office. There is a release that must be signed stating that all CAPP students have had their identification vetted by providing a government issued form of ID. If a government issued form of ID is not available, they may provide two alternate forms of ID. Please see here for a complete listing of acceptable forms of ID: reeve.uwosh.edu/titancard/titancard-policies.. The release form must be received from the participating high school prior to the creation and distribution of the CAPP TitanCards. Once received, the cards are created, printed and delivered to the CAPP office and then are mailed to the requesting high school.
The CAPP class will come to UW Oshkosh for a visit and part of that visit will include getting their CAPP TitanCard at Titan Central. A roster is sent ahead of time from the CAPP office. CAPP students will be required to show a government issued form of ID at that point. If they do not have a government issued form of ID, they may provide two alternate forms of ID. Please see here for a complete listing of acceptable forms of ID: reeve.uwosh.edu/titancard/titancard-policies.
The cost for the CAPP TitanCards are included in the tuition for these classes. CAPP students do not need to get a new CAPP TitanCard each school year. If a CAPP card needs to be replaced, they can do so at Titan Central. There is a $10.00 replacement fee.
