The TitanCard is the official identification card for every student, faculty and staff member at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. It offers a convenient, easy, and safe way to make purchases and utilize campus services. Use your TitanCard as your only card, your key to campus living.


Meal Plans

UW Oshkosh offers flexible meal plans for both our residential and commuter students. Our meal plans are a perfect blend of meals and Titan Dollars, allowing students to have flexibility with their eating options and spending meals. Learn more about specific meal plan options, criteria and cost.

CAPP TitanCards

Titan Central provides TitanCards for our CAPP students at UW Oshkosh.

Titan Dollars

One tender for all your on campus purchases! You don’t need cash on campus when you have Titan Dollars on your TitanCard. Titan Dollars is a declining balance (debit) account used exclusively for on campus purchases; food and beverage, health and beauty, vending, school supplies, apparel, event tickets and more!


Online Deposits

As a convenience for students and parents, Titan Dollars can now be added on-line at any time of the day. GET Funds is a feature that allows students or guests to make a Titan Dollar deposit via credit card from the convenience of their own computer. This new program will also provide the ability to view your balance, check transaction history and report a lost TitanCard. There will be a $2.00 fee per deposit.

Preferred Name

UW Oshkosh now offers a “preferred name” option for students. Preferred name is a service for students who wish to be known by a name other than their primary/legal name. Students are only allowed to change their first and middle name to a preferred name.
