The TitanCard can be issued at Titan Central in Reeve Memorial Union with a valid form of ID (Drivers license, State identification card, Passport, or Military ID).

We will also check to see if your card has been turned in at Titan Central.  If you find your card you must physically bring your card to Titan Central to remove the hold.  If you do not find your card you must come to Titan Central to get a new TitanCard.
