In the spring of each academic year, Reeve Memorial Union, schedules Reeve Union facilities for the following academic year by using a priority system. This system has traditionally been a first come, first served system. This year we will begin accepting 2013-2014 reservation requests March 1 - 8, 2013. The requests will be sorted and assigned according to the following priorities:
|
|
RECOGNIZED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY: MAJOR EVENTS |
This first priority allows student organizations, departments, and offices directly associated with the university to schedule events. This opportunity is for planners of major conferences, programs, and events. |
|
RECOGNIZED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS AND OFFICES: ROUTINE MEETINGS |
Scheduling of regular weekly meetings are taken after facilities have been reserved for major events. |
| ALL OTHER USERS |
|
After recognized student organizations and University offices have scheduled events, all other requests are confirmed on a first come basis.
Reservations are taken from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. To make a reservation, submit your reservation online, call (920) 424-2435, email at ReeveReserve@uwosh.edu or stop by the Reeve Union Administrative Offices, Room 104. Please consult with the Academic Calendar before finalizing your event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until you provide all setup information and obtain necessary approvals. We will then send a written confirmation. All reservations are subject to Reeve Union Reservation Policies as described in this guide.
To ensure that your requests can be met, please make your reservation early. Reservations are subject to space, room and equipment availability and room assignments are subject to change.
If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations not received at least twenty-four hours prior to a scheduled event will be billed for room setup. Nonprofit and for profit organizations will receive deposit refunds only if the space is reserved by another group or organization.
