UW Oshkosh Catering is provided by Sodexo.
Reeve Union is pleased to provide catering services for meetings, weddings, conferences and gatherings of all sizes, from 5 to 500 or more. Our experienced and capable staff are experts in creating the right menu and a luxurious atmosphere for your event.
Planning your catered event
Early planning for your event will enhance your experience. Please remember, we require ten working days notice, prior to your event date, to complete your order.

Book your room, furniture, and AV by calling (920) 424-2435, or complete the Reeve Union Online Reservation Form.
Step 3
Review our Catering Policies. You agree to these policies by booking a catered event in any building on the UW Oshkosh campus.
Step 4
Browse our Catering Guides and Menus to learn what we can offer you in terms of selection and price. This includes student rates, state rates, traditional catering guides and seasonal offerings.
Step 5
Place your order by calling us at (920) 424-3412, 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri.
Step 6
For UW Oshkosh Departments-Complete and submit the UW Oshkosh Meal Requisition Form. For UW Oshkosh departments and student groups only.
