Fall Blogging Memories 2010
My favorite fall blogging memories...
This semester was by far my favorite as a blogger and I'm sad it has to come to an end. As far as blogging goes we had so much more freedom with what we wrote about, not only did we blog about Reeve events we blogged more about our own experiences. I was glad I was able to share Reeve experiences, dreams, complain, and talk about my family times with the readers.
My favorite thing about this semester is that we started making videos (vlogging). It was a great opportunity to let the readers see who we really are and get to know our personalities a little more. I'm excited to see what the upcoming semesters have in store for us and how we can improve the videos. My favorite video was by far our last video about the Holiday's because we included random people in our video, it gave us a chance for a little interaction with hopefully future readers.
Another one of my favorite memories was our trip to visit Red Shoes PR in Appleton. We all went out and got red shoes to wear since all the employees wear red shoes daily. The trip didn't start out very well, our boss didn't have the keys to the van and then there were no back seats, I thought we were going to be late. Luckily we made it there on time and they were nice enough to bring us cookies and brownies which were amazing. We chatted for hours and got a tour of the place, it was a lot of fun.
My last memory is Kimmie, who is graduating TOMORROW!! I'm super excited for her but I'm going to miss her as a blogger and our meetings will definitely be a little quieter! :) I'm so glad I was able to blog with her this last year, she really has taught me everything for this internship and I really appreciate that, I would probably still be trying to upload pictures onto flicker without her! Candice, the wonderful girl behind the camera made a surprise goodbye video for Kimmie which you should check out below.
I most definitely enjoyed this semester of blogging and am looking forward to another great semester working with our new blogger Sam, I'm sure she'll be tons of fun. Hopefully you enjoyed all of our blogs as well and be sure to check back over interim for more blogs and videos.
