Welcome from the Director
Welcome to Reeve Memorial Union. I hope you find it comfortable, convenient, and a place you want to come to often. This is a student funded and student-run operation, and the full-time staff work together with our governance board (Reeve Advisory Council) to make this place everything you want it to be. We're here to provide a lively and diverse place that is a community center. We're also here to serve the broader community and invite faculty, staff, alumni, and community members who are our friends to also enjoy this good place!
Reeve Memorial Union has several distinct departments that make up our organization:
Student Involvement - Offering many campus involvement opportunities including Reeve Union Board programs, University Speakers Series, volunteerism, greek life, homecoming, Titan Nights, major concerts, student organization support, leadership programs, Titan Underground programs and more.
Operations - student employment, evening and weekend management, reservations and event support, custodial and maintenance, AV and technology support, operational systems, and building improvements.
Business and Retail - ID card administration, Titan Central, Copy This, budget and accounting, cash management, and several service contracts.
University Dining - In addition to managing campus-wide vending contracts, Reeve Union and University Dining oversees the campus-wide dining contract and provides facilities and equipment support for our dining contractor, Sodexo. Blackhawk Commons and Reeve Union provide most of the dining options for our campus, but we also have five satellite operations in various locations on campus.
At Reeve Union, we are committed to providing you with many diverse experiences, and honor the diversity of the people in our community. Our goal is to provide quality service, exciting leadership development opportunities, and offer a fun, positive, inclusive environment for all to enjoy!
From the cool top of Reeve in the Steinhilber Art Gallery to the active downstairs at the Titan Underground, and all points between, this place is your union.
