Position: Computer Technician

Description: Computer technicians maintain the Reeve Union computer information system including hardware and software. Most frequently, the technicians are called upon to troubleshoot and correct hardware, software and network problems as well as provide training to staff on various software applications and operating systems.

Description: Office assistants provide support in specific areas including accounting, reservations, human resources and special projects. Responsibilities generally include answering telephones, customer service, filing/clerical work, data entry, accounting functions, etc.

Description: Operations Team members are responsible for room set-ups as well as storage and maintenance of Reeve Union equipment. The team assists the full time custodians with various cleaning task. Lawn care and snow removal are also required functions. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Description: Projectionists run the film projector for films shown in the Union and are responsible for supervising the theater operation when they work. Previous knowledge of projection equipment is helpful. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Description: Employees provide campus information, answer customers’ questions over the telephone and at the desk and the distribution of general information related to the University and the Oshkosh community. Description: The Titan Underground is the Union’s nightclub. Attendants greet and serve customers simple food and beverages as requested. Position: MiTaza Programmer

Description: This position will be in charge of operating programs held in the MiTaza
Lounge. These currently include the Lunchtime Music series and Open Mic. Currently Open Mic is scheduled from 7-10pm every Wednesday in
MiTaza Lounge. The student in this position would attend all Open Mic events. In addition they would serve as the official Open Mic host, signing students up to play, keeping track of the play list, and filling empty stage time between student performers.

Description: The marketing assistant position is designed for students studying marketing, public relations, advertising and other related fields. This position provides hands-on experience in non-traditional marketing execution, promotions and event marketing. The marketing assistant is expected to work collaboratively with the lead marketing assistant to ensure quality is obtained in all aspects of the Reeve marketing department. with lead marketing assistant to execute marketing for Reeve Union including concerts, promotional campaigns, integrated communication and fundraisers, conduct market research, responsible for planning and execution of non-traditional marketing tactics, work with lead marketing assistant and graphic artists in the development of brochures, pamphlets, posters, and other related material for Reeve operations, provide virtual awareness of Reeve events through Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, CampusVision, etc and distribute posters and table tents to various buildings on campus including Blackhawk and Reeve Marketplace

Position: Pool and Dart League Program Manager

Description: The person who will fill this position is responsible for managing the leagues and the equipment within the Underground. Score keeping and people managing skills are necessary. Dart League is on Sundays 7 to 10:30 (building close), and Pool is on Wednesday 6 to 10:30 (building close). The person hired is expected to stay until league is finished or building close. This is a paid position, about 10 hours a week, in which evening and weekend hour are required.
