Reeve Union Board (RUB)

Reeve Union Board is a student-run organization that provides quality programming while entertaining and appealing to a wide campus audience. Working with funds from students, RUB organizes and executes large events including homecoming, major concerts and comedians, movies and other special events. With four committees, it's easy to select and get involved in each specific area of interest, and for students to grow, lead and have fun!

Mission - Reeve Union Board provides campus with a variety of quality entertainment while fostering an atmosphere of learning, leadership development and social interaction.

 

Vision - Reeve Union Board will touch the lives of the entire campus community by creating an environment of fun, inclusiveness, and leadership development through our programs.

RUB Membership Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in Reeve 220. If you cannot attend Membership Meetings, please email rub@uwosh.edu to learn how you can still get involved.

Committees

Concerts & Comedy- This committee programs a variety of musical acts through the Local Live Music Night series and the annual Battle of the Bands competition.

 

Crafty Adventures- This committee is responsible for planning hands-on arts and crafts activities, trips and athletic pride initiatives.

 

Live Music - This committee programs a variety of musical acts through the Local Live Music Night series and the annual Battle of the Bands competition.

 

Special Events - This committee coordinates three major traditional events on campus each year including Homecoming, Winter Carnival and the end-of-the-year celebration, Bye Gosh Fest. Also, it programs variety acts such as slam poets and hypnotists.
