Contracts

A performance contract is needed when a speaker, band or event is brought to campus. If your speaker or entertainer has a contract, the sponsoring organization must complete a University Rider. If your speaker or entertainer does not have a contract, the sponsoring organization must complete a University Contract. The only authorized personnel to sign the University Rider & Contract forms is the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services (Dempsey 232).

University Entertainment Contract:
Form to complete if you are having an entertainer or service contracted to provide entertainment for your organization's event. It is always preferred to use the University contract instead of the contract provided by the agent. (PDF)

University Rider:
Form to complete if you are having an entertainer or service contracted to provide entertainment for your organization's event. Use this form to accompany and supplement the entertainer/company's contract. (PDF)

University Speaker Contract:
Form to complete if you are hosting a speaker for your organization's event. It is always preferred to use the University contract instead of the contract provided by the agent.(PDF)
