Sorority Recruitment
• Sorority recruitment is a partially structured, mutual selection process. During this week long recruitment time potential members visit all 5 Panhellenic chapters, and all chapters give out bids at the end of the formal recruitment period.
• This is the only time of the year when all sorority chapters are recruiting.
Sorority Recruitment does cost $10.00. Please register at uwo.mycampusdirector.com.
Sorority Recruitment Information Night
Date: Thursday, September 10 & Monday, September 14
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Reeve 306
What to Expect: You will learn about the benefits of joining a sorority as well as a brief overview of the recruitment process. You will have a chance to register for recruitment if you are interested.
What to Wear: Casual attire (ex. jeans and comfortable shoes)
Recruitment Orientation
Date: Thursday, September 17
Time: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Reeve 227C (Ballroom)
What to Expect: You will get a general orientation to the recruitment process, learn about the recruitment rules, and get to know your recruitment counselors and other women going through the process.
What to Wear: Casual attire (ex. jeans and comfortable shoes)
Open House (Day 1)
Date: Monday, September 21
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Location: Reeve 215
What to Expect: You will have time to meet all the chapters. You can visit each chapter as long or as short as you want.

Open House (Day 2)
Date: Tuesday, September 22
Time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Open House (Day 3)
Date: Wednesday, September 23
Time: 6:00 pm - 0:00 pm

Preference Night
Date: Thursday, September 24
Time: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

What to Expect: You will visit a couple of chapters to understand more about their values and ideals. You may visit up to 2 chapters, these are determined through a mutual selection process.
What to Wear: Semi-casual attire (ex. sundress, skirt, nice pants with comfortable shoes)
Bid Day
Date: Friday, September 25
Time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Reeve 215
What to Expect: The last day of recruitment when new members accept their bids and officially join their new organization.
What to Wear: Casual attire – You will be given a T-shirt to wear from your new chapter (jeans and khakis are appropriate)
