The TitanCard is the official identification card for every student, faculty and staff member at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  It offers you a convenient, easy, and safe way to make purchases and utilize campus services.  Use your TitanCard as your only card, your key to campus living.

• Meal plan card

• Declining balance (debit) account for on-campus purchases

• Library card

• Door access card for some Residence Halls and computer labs

• Sports pass for regular season Titan athletic events

• Access card for the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC)

• ATM and PIN-based Debit Card (Optional UW Credit Union account)

Banking Option

The TitanCard is the one card that does it all and offers a banking option for your convenience. UW Oshkosh has partnered with UW Credit Union to provide banking services that can be linked to the TitanCard. If you don’t have a new TitanCard and want to link your TitanCard to your UW Credit Union checking account, simply visit Titan Central in Reeve Memorial Union during regular business hours and turn you old TitanCard in to receive a new one. No replacement fee will be charged when you surrender your current card.

Student Convenience Program

Students living in the residence halls will be receiving 150 Titan Dollars per semester for use on campus for conveniences like laundry, food, books and other amenities on campus. The 150 amount was established based on the past student Titan Dollar usage patterns and will be charged to your student account. Please click here to view details on becoming exempt from this new program.

The 150 Titan Dollars allocation will be available for use the Monday prior to move in for the fall semester and the Monday prior to the start of classes in the spring semester.

Full Disclosure Statement

Through a contractual relationship with UW Credit Union, UW Oshkosh offers an optional debit account that is linked to the TitanCard, the official photo ID card. The University formed the partnership after a competitive selection process.

UW Oshkosh receives financial support of student programs and services from UW Credit Union. All provisions of the financial package are based on a flat guarantee. The University does not receive money based on the number of participants in the debit card program.

No credit card provisions or loans will be granted as part of the TitanCard program.
