Taste of Nations is held in Reeve Memorial Union once a month during the Fall and Spring Academic terms. Partnering with the Office of International Education, Reeve Union and Sodexo bring an educational programming session accompanied with an authentic cuisine that focuses on a particular foreign culture.

Groundnut Stew – Vegetable Stew in a Tomato-Peanut Broth
Jollof Rice – Rice mixed with vegetables and chicken
Mwambe Beef – Slowed stewed beef with tomatoes
Senegalese Sweet Potato, Rice, & Beans Stew
Banana Fritters – Fresh banana dough, fried into little pillows.
Papaya Bread – Sweet Bread flavored with Papaya
